...MEDITATION...

Today's theme is meditation...there are many forms of meditation, your eyes don't have to be closed while sitting in Lotus position to do it...you can do it at any time of day, for many different reasons...the main reason i meditate are for relaxing in the middle of the day when things have been busy and i need some quiet me time, it helps to come back within myself, breathing gently and deeply, bringing my heart back to a peaceful rate...at night i use meditation to reflect on the day...this helps bring clarity, there doesn't necessarily have to be a problem to assess and bring to light the events that took place just hours before...of course in the morning meditation is good to actually forget and start fresh and new; no expectations just peace and openness...if you are feeling nervous, anxious, angry, these are great times to meditate...close your eyes and feel your heart beat...feel your breath move your whole body...come out of your body to look back at yourself...are you frowning?...are your eyebrows together?...let meditation help you realize yourself...you can do this in any posture or pose, in almost any environment...be taken away...maybe look for answers that only you can answer...make adjustments in your self...slow down, come back to your peace...this always brings a smile to my face...i love meditating!!!...every day is different, just as every meditation will be...have no expectations and just go with the flow!...see where you take yourself on this inward journey...and when you come back to awakeness you will be ready to continue on living...peace to you...
